Hey ... I write poems ... & I thought of posting one of my poems here ... I would like to know ur opinions about it ... so plz tell me the truth ...

Waiting to See You

I was standing beside the shore,
the blooming sun was rising,
the breeze of the air was cold,
and the silence of the world was unfolding.

I was waiting for you,
as you promised you'll be there.
Time was passing as slow as a turtle,
but I was sure you'll come cause you care.

Two hours have passed
and there was no sign for you.
I was surrounded by fearful thoughts,
but I prayed that nothing wrong had happened to you.

I stayed a couple of hours,
but there's no use to wait.
You have let me down,
by being too late.

I said goodbye to the sea,
and turned my back & walked away.
My tears were falling on my cheeks,
but my broken heart wished to stay.

And suddenly I heard a voice calling my name.
I stood still and wished to see you.
I slowly turned around,
& was happy that my dream came true.

I ran toward you.
You hugged me and cried.
You swore you'll never break my heart,
and that you wish you have died.

I grabbed your hand,
and gave you a smile.
We walked on the sand,
a lifetime not a while.
